Dietetics services are available at all SingHealth Polyclinics from Monday to Friday.

We offer both Face-to-Face and Video Consultation (VC) services to support your care needs and preferences.

Getting Started

A referral from a SingHealth Polyclinics doctor or nurse is required.

If you are interested in seeing a dietitian to support your health goal, please speak to your doctor or nurse for a referral.

Review of your medical history, lifestyle, and relevant laboratory results
Assessment of your dietary habits and nutrition needs
Collaborative goal setting
Personalised nutrition advice tailored to your health condition, preferences and lifestyle
Follow-up sessions to monitor progress and adjust your nutrition care plan as needed

Additional Preparation for Dietitian Video Consultation

To help your dietitian better understand your nutrition needs, you may wish to prepare the following, if available:

Your most recent height and weight measurements, if available
Notes on your usual dietary habits, lifestyle, and health goals, to guide discussion during the consultation
A food record or photos of meals, if you wish to share them with your dietitian

Charges and Payment

Charges for dietitian video consultations are comparable to in-person dietetic consultations and are subject to prevailing SingHealth Polyclinics rates.
