This service is NOT suitable for the following:

1. Emergency conditions which include but are not limited to:

Should you require urgent care, please visit your nearest medical facility, emergency department, or call 995 for ambulance.

• Chest pain
• Breathing difficulties
• Severe abdominal pain
• Sudden onset of face droop, limb weakness or difficulty in speech
• Sudden loss of vision
• Fits or seizures
• Severe injury or uncontrolled bleeding
• Severe allergic reaction
• Drug overdose

3. Healthier SG first consultation

4. Persons with visual, hearing, memory, or cognitive impairment, unless with a competent caregiver.

You are required to book an in-person doctor consultation if:

• You have not consulted SingHealth Polyclinics for more than 18 months for your chronic condition.
• You would like to transfer care of your chronic condition from another healthcare provider to SingHealth Polyclinics.
• You have been recently discharged from hospital and require a follow-up review.

Preparing for the Video Consultation

The video consultation will be conducted via Zoom. The meeting link will be provided via SMS and Health Buddy Mobile App after booking your appointment. Please log into Zoom 5 minutes before your appointment time.

Please ensure that your email and mobile number are updated in Health Buddy Mobile App (More>Update My Profile) as important documents may be sent to you after the consultation.
