Our service is available from 8.30am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 4.30pm on weekdays. On Saturdays, we are available from 8.30am to 12.30pm.

We offer 3 different types of radiology investigation in SHP – General X-ray, Mammogram and Ultrasound.

General X-ray service is available upon doctor’s request. Please walk-in to the radiology department directly with your request form to register your visit.

Breast Cancer Screening (Mammogram) is available by appointment only. It is eligible for:

Women aged 40 to 49 who have not undergone a mammogram in the past 12 months.
Women aged 50 and above who have not undergone a mammogram in the past 24 months.

Please dial 6536 6000, from Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm to schedule for an appointment. Alternatively, an appointment can be made via Mammogram Appointment Booking | FormSG and a response will be provided within 3 to 5 working days.

Diagnostic Mammogram and Ultrasound service is available upon doctor’s request. Please drop your request form at the polyclinic and we will schedule an appointment and inform you within 5 working days.
