Clinical Laboratory Services

Our service is available from 7.30am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 4.30pm on weekdays. On Saturdays, we are available from 7.30am to 1.00pm.

Laboratory service is by appointment only. Please dial 6643 6969 to schedule for an appointment date.

Blood drawing services are not available for children under 7 years of age.

On the day of the appointment, please be reminded to bring your SingHealth Polyclinics lab form (physical copy/soft copy) or take a picture of the lab form and save it under favourites in your mobile phone gallery.

If you are a SingHealth institution patient (e.g. CGH, KKH, SGH, SKH) holding on to the hospital lab form and wish to have your blood test done at the polyclinic, please dial 6643 6969 to check for eligibility and book an appointment with us before visiting the polyclinic.

If you are referred by your private general practitioner, please bring along your GP request form to the polyclinic and arrive at least 1 hour before the lab is closed for the day.
