Profile

Dr Koh Kim Hwee is currently the Deputy Director of Clinical Services in SingHealth Polyclinics (SHP). He has been in practice since 2007, not only as an active clinician but have also served in several academic leadership roles such as Clinical Core Faculty Member of SingHealth Family Medicine Residency Program and Cohort Program Director of the College of Family Physician Fellowship Program (FCFPS). As a medical educator, he is Adjunct Assistant Professor of Duke-NUS Medical School and Senior Lecturer of Lee Kong Chien School of Medicine. 

He is also currently appointed as Clinical Physician Faculty Member with the SingHealth Duke-NUS Family Medicine Academic Clinical Programme since 2019. Dr Koh believes in giving back and nurturing the next generation of Family Physicians and Doctors, and to prepare them for the future healthcare challenges ahead. Dr Koh also serves as examiner for the Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine, MMed (Family Medicine) and FCFPS program and is an appointed Mentor to junior Family Physicians at SHP.
 
Besides currently practicing as a Senior Consultant Family Physician in SingHealth Polyclinics, he is also Chair for the SHP Musculoskeletal Workgroup which provides multi-disciplinary inputs and coordinates musculoskeletal, rheumatological, neurological, dermatological and procedural services in SHP as well as Chair for the Medical Examination Taskgroup which coordinates medical examinations in SHP.
