Estimated time slot on the same day
If you do not have an appointment, you will be given an estimated time slot to be seen at registration. You can either wait in the clinic or return to the clinic before the estimated time of consultation. Alert our staff if you have medical emergencies such as shortness of breath, high fever or chest pain and you will be attended to immediately.

SHP-GP collaboration to better care for the community
SHP collaborates with selected GP clinics in the vicinity of our polyclinics to better care for the community. Patients with Blue Health Assist, Pioneer and Public Assistance cards will enjoy subsidies and pay a comparable rate when they visit the selected Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS) participating GP clinics for common acute conditions. You may approach our polyclinic staff for more information.
