SingHealth Polyclinics (SHP) Pharmacy provides both Prescription In Locker Box (PILBOX) and Medication Delivery Service (MDS).

Approach our pharmacy staff to check on your eligibility and register for both PILBOX and MDS. Schedule a collection date to pick up your medications or delivery date for your medications to be delivered to you. You may also sign up for these services via SingHealth Health Buddy app.
An SMS reminder will be sent before your collection or delivery date.
For PILBOX service
Pay for your medications and service fee at SHP payment kiosk on-site, via SPEED Pay or online at https://eservices.healthhub.sg/public/payments/singhealth. Scan the QR code on the payment receipt and enter your mobile number at the station console to collect your medications.
You can collect your medications anytime, on the pre-arranged collection date. This can be scheduled on weekends or public holidays.
For MDS
Pay for your medications and service fee via SPEED Pay or online at https://eservices.healthhub.sg/public/payments/singhealth.
Your medications will be delivered to your preferred address between 10am to 2pm, 2pm to 6pm and 6pm to 10pm on weekdays, or 10am to 2pm and 2pm to 6pm on Saturdays, except public holidays and eve of public holidays.
Service Fee
This service is currently free! Medication fees can be paid by by NETS or Cash Card at our payment kiosk on-site, via SPEED Pay or online at https://eservices.healthhub.sg/public/payments/singhealth with credit card. A receipt with the QR access code will be generated.
Medication fees can be paid via SPEED Pay or online at https://eservices.healthhub.sg/public/payments/singhealth with credit card. Online payment must be made at least 2 working days prior to the date of delivery.
To note:
Patients must have a prescription for refill, or a repeat prescription, to be eligible for this service. We will be retaining the prescription.
Medication(s) supplied/collected are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Please check that all medication(s) are correct and in good condition upon collection from the PILBOX station or upon delivery.
The person collecting or receiving the medications must be aged 18 years and above.
A fee of $8.80 for Singapore citizens/permanent residents and $9.20 for non-residents shall apply for any amendment or cancellation request receives 3 working days or less prior to date of delivery.
A fee of $8.80 for Singapore citizens/permanent residents and $9.20 for non-residents shall apply if more than a change request is received for each delivery order.
