SingHealth Polyclinics (SHP) Pharmacy provides both Prescription In Locker Box (PILBOX) and Medication Delivery Service (MDS).

  • The Prescription In Locker Box (PILBOX) is an innovative service offered by SHP that allows you or your caregiver to collect your prescription/medications anytime at your convenience, without having to queue at the pharmacy. PILBOX is currently available at SHP-Bedok, SHP-Marine Parade, SHP-Sengkang, SHP-Punggol, SHP-Tampines & SHP-Tampines North.

You can collect your medications anytime, on the pre-arranged collection date. This can be scheduled on weekends or public holidays. 

  • The Medication Delivery Service (MDS) offers you or your caregiver the convenience to have your prescription/medications delivered to your preferred address (within Singapore), without having to physically turn up at the polyclinic. This delivery service is currently available in all SHP pharmacies.

Important points to note:

 

1. Patients must have an electronic or hardcopy prescription from SingHealth Polyclinics for filling, or a repeat prescription for refill, to be eligible for PILBOX or MDS service. 
 
2. Some prescriptions may NOT be eligible for medication delivery (e.g. prescriptions containing oral antibiotics, drugs for acute conditions or items that are not available at the pharmacy managing medication deliveries): 
 
  • Login to Health Buddy app to check if your prescription is eligible for delivery (eligible prescription orders will be available for selection in the Health Buddy app).
  • Medication delivery cannot proceed if we are not able to contact you to confirm your delivery details within 3 working days.
 
3. Medication(s) supplied/collected are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Please check that all medication(s) are correct and in good condition upon collection from the PILBOX station or upon delivery and contact us by the next working day if there is an issue with your medication. The brand (and appearance) of medications that are supplied/collected may vary from time to time. As a safety measure, please check and match the medication name of the items that are supplied/collected with your existing supplies to ensure that you take the medications correctly.
 
4. For medication delivery:
 
  • Please allow us at least 5 working days to process your order.
  • Your medications will be delivered to your preferred address between 10am to 2pm, 2pm to 6pm and 6pm to 10pm on Mondays to Saturdays (except Sundays and Public Holidays).
  • Please ensure that there will be somebody at home to receive the medication(s). If there is no one at home, it will be considered a failed delivery and delivery fee may apply for re-delivery attempt.
  • Please note that an SMS will be sent by the courier service provider to your registered mobile number to confirm the delivery details one day before the delivery. You may click on the link in the SMS to track your delivery status or reschedule the delivery date. 
  • Upon delivery, the courier personnel will request for the order verification code OR the patient’s particulars to verify that the medication(s) is delivered to the intended recipient. 
 
5. For PILBOX collection:
 
  • An SMS with OTP pin to your designated locker(s) will be sent to your registered mobile number once the medications are ready for collection. Please complete your collection within 2 days of receiving the SMS.
 
6. If you are requesting for a medication top-up, please note that your request is subjected to review by our doctor/pharmacist for clinical safety and the final prescribed medicine(s) may differ from your request:
 
  • Please allow us at least 7 working days to process your top-up order.
 
7. A fee of $9.20 for Singapore citizens/permanent residents and $10.03 for non-residents shall apply:
  • For any amendment or cancellation request receives 3 working days or less prior to date of medication delivery
  • If more than one change request is received for each medication delivery order
  • If delivery is requested more frequently than once a month
 
8. By submitting an order, it is deemed that you agree to the Terms and Conditions of SHP PILBOX and Medication Delivery Service as stated in this website.
 
 
Service Fee & Payment
 
 

For PILBOX service

PILBOX service fee is currently waived. Medication fees can be paid in HealthBuddy app or via SPEED Pay or online at https://eservices.healthhub.sg/public/payments/singhealth with credit card or by NETS or Cash Card at our payment kiosk on-site. Payment must be made before collection.

 

For MDS

Medication delivery fee is currently waived. Medication fees can be paid  in HealthBuddy app or via SPEED Pay or online at https://eservices.healthhub.sg/public/payments/singhealth with credit card. Online payment must be made at least 2 working days prior to the date of delivery.
