Our pharmacy services include:

• Outpatient Pharmacy Service
• Medication Review Service (MRS)
  A one-on-one session with patients to identify and resolve patients' drug-related issues to empower patients to optimise their pharmacotherapy regimens and achieve their therapeutic goals.
• Anti-Coagulation Therapy Management Service (ACS)
  A dedicated platform for warfarin patients to receive individualized care, education and monitoring to minimise risks in taking anti-coagulation medications.
• Medication Counselling
• Medication Delivery Service (MDS)
• Prescription In Locker Box Service (PILBOX)

New services such as Medication Delivery Service (MDS) and Prescription In Locker Box (PILBOX) Service are also recently launched to offer convenience and time-savings for patients with prescriptions to refill
