The Integrated Maternal and Child Health Wellness Hub is a programme in SingHealth Polyclinics aiming to support the health and well-being of mothers and young children. The programme is located at selected Polyclinics and aims to provide screening for mothers and children who come to the Polyclinics for immunisation and developmental assessment. The screening includes child development, nutrition and growth of children, and maternal emotional health.
