25 Years 25 Wishes Charity Draw

This charity draw is an internal fundraising initiative open only to staff of SingHealth Polyclinics and other SingHealth institutions.

In celebration of SingHealth Polyclinics’ 25^th Anniversary, we are excited to launch the 25 Years 25 Wishes Charity Draw, open exclusively to all the staff of SingHealth Polyclinics (SHP) and other SingHealth institutions. This is a meaningful initiative that celebrates our healthcare workers tireless dedication and reflects our commitment in giving back. 

100% of the proceeds from this initiative will go towards the Gift of Family Fund (part of SingHealth Fund UEN 201624016E), which supports the advancement of Family Medicine through Research and Education endeavours, and helps patients with financial need to access essential healthcare services.

In honour of this special milestone, we have an exciting lineup of 25 prizes, worth over $13,000 in total – all waiting to be won. Whether you are hoping for something practical, rejuvenating, or just a delightful surprise, there is something for everyone. 

In addition, a Special VIP Draw with the prize of an Ergonomic Desk worth $1,099 will also be held exclusively for:

• Donors who contribute $80 and above to this initiative
• Existing monthly donors of the Gift of Family Fund (with at least 1 year of contribution)
• New sign-ups for the Gift of Family Fund Monthly Giving Programme (pledging 1 year commitment)

About the Charity Draw

Charity Draw Rules:

Participation in the Charity Draw is based on the number of entries earned through your donation amount:

• Donate $10 and receive 1 entry
• Donate $25 and receive 3 entries
• Donate $80 and receive 10 entries

*A minimum of 1 entry ($10 donation) is required to participate in the draw.

Donations made specifically to participate in the Charity Draw are not eligible for tax deduction. However, outright donations are eligible for tax deduction of up to 2.5 times the donated amount as per prevailing IRAS regulations.

Charity Draw Mechanism:

To ensure a fair and transparent process, the Charity Draw will be conducted live on stage in front of an audience during the SHP 25th Anniversary Dinner on 17 October 2025 at D’Marquee. The draw will be carried out electronically under the supervision of SHP representatives.

• The name of each eligible donor will be entered into the electronic draw system according to the number of entries they qualify for, based on the donation amount contributed. 
• The draw will be conducted on an elimination basis – once a name is drawn, it will be removed from the system for subsequent rounds. 
• All winners will be drawn at random, and their names will be announced during the draw.
• Within 5 working days of the draw, winners will be notified via email and the results will be published on SHP website and INFOPEDIA page.

Unclaimed prizes after two months from the announcement date will be either redistributed or donated to another charitable cause, unless otherwise specified to be returned to the respective sponsor.

• SHP reserves the right to donate or redistribute unclaimed prizes after 2 months from the date of the winner announcement, unless otherwise specified to be returned to the respective sponsor.
• SHP is not liable for any lost, late or misdirected entries.
• Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other items
• SHP reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
