Dr Derek Choong is a Consultant Family Physician and Clinic Director at SingHealth Polyclinics (SHP). As the clinical lead of the SHP Endocrinology Workgroup, Dr Choong has an interest in osteoporosis care in the community. He serves as the Co-chairperson of the Agency for Care Effectiveness Osteoporosis Expert Group. He is also a Project Consultant with the Crisis Strategy & Operations Group, Ministry of Health.
