Dr Chow Mun Hong is a Family Physician and Senior Consultant at SingHealth Polyclinics. He is also Director of Quality Management at SingHealth Polyclinics where he oversees the Quality and Safety of patient care.
He received his medical training at the National University of Singapore, and obtained his Masters of Medicine degree in Family Medicine in 1998. He attained his Fellowship by Assessment at the College of Family Physicians Singapore in 2002, and completed a fellowship at Kaiser Permanente Southern California on Integrated Chronic Disease Management in 2004.
His interests are in Healthcare Quality and Safety, Continuing Improvement, and Care Delivery Design to support Population Care.
He is also active in Medical and Inter-professional education. He is Adjunct Assistant Professor with Duke-NUS Medical School, as well as examiner at the Master of Medicine (Family Medicine) examinations and the Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine examinations. He is also involved in Quality and Safety training for Residents and other healthcare professionals.
