Request a new appointment by filling in our online form. We will contact you within 2 working days to confirm your appointment. For urgent and emergency cases, please call 995 or go to an emergency room.

For making changes to your existing appointments at our Specialist Outpatient Clinics at SingHealth institutions and SingHealth Polyclinics here. For your clinical safety, some exclusions apply.
