your medical appointment using the Zoom Video platform. Video Consultation
enables accessibility to quality care with added convenience and delivery of
medication to your home.
By booking an appointment or using our Video Consultation service, you agree to be legally bound by the Terms and Conditions.

Examples of conditions include:
- Mild acute respiratory illness or COVID-19 infection
- Gastroenteritis
- Urinary tract infection
- Muscle or joint pain

For Chronic Conditions (click here)
Examples of conditions include:
- Diabetes
- High blood pressure
- High cholesterol
- Chronic kidney disease
- Chronic hepatitis B
- Thyroid disease
- Gout

For Family Planning (click here)
- Only women whom are existing patients of the SHP Family Planning Clinic for oral contraceptive pill can use this service
- It is preferable if you can obtain a blood pressure reading, height and weight measurement in preparation for your consultation

Limitations
This Video Consultation service is NOT for urgent or emergency care. Should you require urgent care, please seek attention at the nearest medical facility or Accident & Emergency department, or call 995.
Emergency symptoms include but are not limited to:
- Chest pain
- Breathing difficulties
- Severe abdominal pain
- Sudden onset of face droop, limb weakness or difficulty in speech
- Sudden loss of vision
- Fits or seizures
- Severe injury or uncontrolled bleeding
- Severe allergic reaction
- Drug overdose
You must be located in Singapore at the time of your video consultation.
For conditions that cannot be safely assessed, diagnosed or treated without a physical consultation, the Doctor may advise you to seek face-to-face medical attention for further assessment.
