Dr Samuel Cheng is a senior consultant with the Department of Psychological Medicine. He received his M.B.B.S. and M.Med(Psych) from NUS, holds a Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy (psychodynamic track) as well as the 3-year International Core Training Certificate in intensive short-term dynamic psychotherapy.
Dr Cheng heads the psychodynamic team and the Complex Needs Service in CGH. Besides seeing patients for general psychiatric consultations, he also provides individual and group psychotherapy for patients.
