"Learners are like clay. They started without a form, waiting to be mold into shapes. The heat temperature and the duration required to heat the clays has to be managed accordingly to the different nature of clays from different origins. Teaching is similar. Educators play important roles to mould and develop the learners into successful practitioners with use of suitable methods."
