Information on mental well-being

The Covid-19 pandemic can take an emotional toll.  During your home recovery period, you may face challenges that can be stressful and overwhelming.  It is natural to feel stress, anxiety and worry.  Learning to cope with stress during this time will make you, the people you care about, and those around you feel better.  There are also various support services available and you can find them in the links below. 

If you are struggling to cope or have various concerns, reach out to support services.  If you are in crisis, get immediate help by calling a 24-hour helpline.
