How to set up a GIRO account?
To sign up, simply download the application form and mail the completed form to: SingHealth Polyclinics Finance Department, 167 Jalan Bukit Merah, Connection One (Tower 5), #15-10, Singapore 150167.
You can also sign up at our registration or payment counters.
You will receive a letter on the status of your GIRO application within two months.
You will receive a bill within five days of your visit to the polyclinic.
Deduction will be on the 10th or 25th of the month. If the date falls on a public holiday, Saturday or Sunday, the deduction will be on the next working day.
