SHP Launches Payment Kiosk
SHP piloted a payment kiosk in October at SHP-Outram, making it the first among restructured healthcare institution to offer such a facility. The payment kiosk enables patients to make payment using NETS and skip the queue at the payment counter.

Kata-kata arwah datuk jadi kenyataan - Late Grandfather's Words Come True
Senior Nurse Clinician Rohanah Pagi received the SingHealth - Lee Foundation - D.S. Lee Foundation Nursing Award, which is SingHealth highest honour for nurses. Established in 2005, the scholarship is given annually to SingHealth nurses to pursue a degree, masters programme or doctorate programme. It aims to encourage and support SingHealth nurses who wish to further their studies and make even greater contributions to healthcare.

SingHealth commends its nurses on Nurses' Day

12 nurses were recognised for their contributions and 11 others received scholarship at the Nurses Day celebration at Outram Campus on 31 Jul. Three of 12 recipients of the SingHealth Lee Foundation Award were nursing leaders while 4 out of the total recipients were Malay. The award recognises nurses for their clinical excellence, contributions, dedication and commitment to their work.

NURSE clinicians at SingHealth Polyclinics are taking over some duties from doctors such as treating chronically ill patients. This is to free up doctors to deal with more serious cases in some polyclinics. The programme was rolled out in phases to SingHealth's nine polyclinics more than a year ago.

Singapore's Oldest Polyclinic Unveils Journey of Transformation
Queenstown Polyclinic, the first Combined Clinic (combining Outpatient Dispensary and Maternal & Child Health Clinic) in 1963, officially opens today at its location at Stirling Road. The polyclinic showcases SingHealth Polyclinics (SHP) efforts in elevating the standard of primary care through various role redesign efforts as well as integration initiatives with healthcare partners.
